How the process
works
Discovery & Research
I'll start by gathering as much information as possible about your users. This involves demographics, and understanding user needs, preferences, and behaviors through user personas. These user personas
This step is crucial as it forms the foundation of how the website will be structured and designed, what features are needed by your users and how to best serve them.
Prototype & Design
Using the information gathered in the audience research ill plan and develop a user experience and and general layout of the contents of your website. By creating Mockups and prototypes we can visualize, iterate, and get everything ready before full scale deployment.
Once the prototypes are ready we move on to the final design of your website. Using the guidelines from your brand manual and user personas a design (or several) will be produced to fit the needs of your business goals and audience.
Launch and Ongoing Evaluation
After testing and refinements, the website is launched. However, sometimes the process doesn't end there. Websites need to be monitored and tracked, to understand how it's being used by your visitors and how you can further improve their experience.
